STACKABLE TRAY INSERTS WITH CUSTOM SLOT DESIGN
HURST and Chemtech International announces a new method to horizontally store syringes in 11.75″ x 18.25″ x .75″ FDA approved polypropylene flats. The new system employs custom CNC routed slots to accommodate syringes with or without flanges, plungers and cannulas. A cross slot allows easy insertion and removal either manually or robotically. Smooth finish polypropylene provides excellent cushioning and clean ability.
HURST Syringe Flats have an unlimited stacking capability. Optionally, HURST standard #1201 Vial Trays will accommodate five .75″ Flats. Hurst standard Vial Tray #1202 accommodate three .75″ Flats. Patented HURST Vial Trays feature a wide range of accessories including dust covers locking stainless steel lids. Dust Covers and Locking Stainless Steel Lids do not inhibit stacking. Trays are available in a choice of colors.

NON-SLIP CRUSHPROOF STACKABLE SYRINGE STORAGE TRAYS
HURST CORPORATION announces a new multiple patent pending horizontal syringe tray storage system for 1ml to 10ml syringes which provides a high degree of product safety, storage and accessibility. Offset spaced scallops provide space-saving syringe tray nesting when stacked in a similar direction, and tray bottom-to-tray-top stacking at 180°. In use, crushproof stacked trays never touch individually pocketed product below greatly reducing glass breakage and exposing all syringes for QC, sampling and sterilization.
Stacked HURST syringe storage trays are held in vertical alignment by raised nubs operably functional with the open scallops of overhead trays. This simple feature aligns trays on two axes and prevents tray slippage, essentially offering unlimited syringe tray stacking.
ACCESSORIES: Standard HURST polycarbonate totes may be used for multiple syringe tray storage and shipping. Dust covers and locking stainless steel lids are available. HURST stainless steel carts are specifically designed for HURST polycarbonate totes. Vacuum formed sonically welded custom sized large totes and are also available.
Raised nubs operable within the open pocketed area of an overhead tray align trays on two axes and prevent tray slippage essentially offering unlimited syringe tray stacking. Deep storage recesses protect syringes from contact with an overhead tray. Syringes may be placed and retrieved robotically or manually.
