The extreme-duty BulkPak® 3230 HDR Series containers are ideal for metal stampings and other heavy, dense components. Designed to hold 2,000 lbs, these containers are built for long-lasting durability in heavy-duty applications. This weight assumes an evenly distributed weight load.
Fluid loads and Point loads will be subject to a weight load reduction. Custom ORBIShield® protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers.

The extreme-duty BulkPak® 4048 HDR series was designed for rugged applications. These containers are made of tough, durable high-density polyethylene for long-life performance under the harshest conditions and provides excellent product protection. The access doors have an articulating hinge that allows the open door to lay flat against the side of the container for tighter, safer storage. With weight capacities up to 2,000 pounds, these containers are ideal for all types of industrial, food or beverage applications, as well as for international shipments. This weight assumes an evenly distributed weight load. Fluid loads and Point loads will be subject to a weight load reduction. Custom ORBIShield® protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers.

The heavy-duty BulkPak® 4845 HD and extreme-duty BulkPak HDR Series is used extensively by the automotive industry, as it meets the specifications of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). The HD4845 heavy-duty containers have a 1,800 lb load capacity and the HDR4845 extreme-duty containers have a 2,000 lb load capacity. This weight assumes an evenly distributed weight load. Fluid loads and Point loads will be subject to a weight load reduction. The HD containers are a 26 position bin and offer all-plastic picture frame bottom and self-standing sidewalls. The HDR containers are a 26 position bin and feature up to four access doors. Based on the standard AIAG footprint, these containers are designed and constructed to efficiently move, store and ship automotive, appliance and transportation equipment components. These containers are structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene for durability. Custom protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers.

HDR 48″ X 45″ EXTREME-DUTY BULKPAK
- 9 heights: 19″, 21″, 24″, 25″, 34″, 39″, 42″, 48″ and 50″ Access Doors: 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 (“V” Shape 45″ access door and/or 45″ Wing-wall styles are available). Note: 45″ doors and/or wing walls not available on the HDR4845-25 or HDR4845-39.
