In fact, these conferences are crucial to the ongoing development of sustainable practices, technology, and attitudes as we strive to make a positive difference for communities and ecosystems across the globe.

GreenBiz 2021 — February 9 to 11
GreenBiz is perhaps the biggest annual sustainability event in the United States, if not the world. Unfortunately, uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic has driven 2021 online, but attendees of this virtual event will still get to enjoy a meaningful and fascinating experience this coming February.
The event is expected to bring together more than 1,500 professionals between February 9 and 11. The event itself is by invitation only, but you can apply for an invite via the event’s official website.
The organizers report that they will be hosting more than 80 sessions across the event. Previous guest speakers include Jim Fitterling from Dow, Beric Alleyne from eBay, and Ashley C. Hall from Walmart, among many others. This next event is sure to provide similar levels of expertise and insight.
Responsible Business Summit 2021 — March (Exact Date TBC)
At the Responsible Business Summit, attendees get to hear talks on a wide range of different sustainability topics, including environmental issues, climate change, and responsible materials handling and supply chain management. These are crucial talking points as we move on through the third decade of the twenty-first century.
The event will be held in March 2021 at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, although the exact date has not yet been finalized. As we publish this article, it appears that the 2021 summit is still slated to be a physical event, although of course this may be subject to change.
Traditionally, this event has been attended by figures from a number of different areas of business, including investment firms, NGOs, government departments, and academic institutions, among others. Speakers include high-ranking sustainability professionals and innovators, as well as those from communication and procurement departments.
Transform USA 2021 — May 4 to May 5
Environmental sustainability is high on the agenda these days as the effects of climate change become increasingly hard to ignore. This is the key focus for Transform USA, a conference aimed at promoting the development and evolution of sustainable technologies and best practices with a view to creating a better world for tomorrow.
The event will bring together a number of key figures from leading organizations right across the USA. It will comprise a mixture of presentations and discussions that will help attendees form a better understanding of the next steps in the journey towards environmental sustainability.
The event’s location is not yet set, but it is expected that around 2,000 attendees will be present across the two-day event in the first week of May 2021. Issues to be discussed include reducing waste, low-carbon solutions, and the development of better procurement and supply chain processes. This promises to be a very positive event, one that will benefit global communities as well as those right here in the United States.
Environment, Health, and Safety Tech 2021 — May 25 to 27
Technology, as well as health and safety, is going to be at the forefront of environmental and social sustainability as we move forwards. Businesses need to know how they are going to deploy technology to the greatest effect and learn about how this is going to affect their operations and processes in the future.
Between May 25 and 27, 2021, the EHSTECH21 conference will be examining the exciting technological changes that are driving sustainability in 2021 and way beyond. Currently, the event is scheduled to take place in Fort Worth, Texas, although this is subject to change. Those interested in attending should keep track of the situation in Texas as the event date draws nearer and check with the event organizer’s official website to stay informed of any changes.
The event is billed as a software, innovation, and technology showcase and will give business owners the chance to get up close and personal with the tech solutions that will be changing the landscape of sustainability in the near future. Organizers promise to provide a curated approach that gives attendees the chance to engage with the latest technological innovation, as well as offering an open forum for discussion and constructive debate during the event.
Sustainable Business San Diego 2021 — June 7 to June 10
In order to protect public safety while still providing attendees with the sustainability insight they need to do better and be better, the 2021 iteration of the Sustainable Business conference gives attendees the opportunity to participate either online or in person. Of course, if you do want to attend the event in person down in San Diego, California, it is important to monitor the Covid-19 situation and to check the official event website periodically for updates.
The event is designed to bring together sustainability leaders from across the globe in order to explore the kinds of solutions and innovations that are going to be making the world a better place in which to live and do business in the coming years. The event program is still under development but will include breakout panels, workshops, presentations, and discussion events, all of which promise to be very interesting indeed.
